Before I began coaching I spent 15+ years building and scaling technical teams at some of the most competitive companies in tech, including Google, Twitter, Lyft, and the U.S. Digital Service at the White House. Most recently, I served as Head of Technical Talent at Kleiner Perkins, where I partnered with founders and executives across the portfolio to build top-tier engineering and product teams, hiring everyone from founding engineers to VPs and CTOs.
I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, made hundreds of offers, and sat at the table where compensation decisions are made. So I know exactly how the game works, and more importantly, how to help you win it.
