Before I began coaching I spent 15+ years building and scaling technical teams at some of the most competitive companies in the world — including Google, Twitter, Lyft, and the U.S. Digital Service at the White House. Most recently, I served as Head of Technical Talent at Kleiner Perkins, where I partnered with founders and executives across the portfolio to build top-tier engineering and product teams — hiring everyone from founding engineers to VPs and CTOs.
